About me

Brian Barbosa is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in New York.

From an early age, Brian had a love for comic books which would fuel his creativity. Having this appreciation for the art so young sparked his curiosity to learn other art mediums such as watercolor, pastels, oil and acrylics painting as well as other art periods & movements.

Very early in his career, Brian attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he studied computer animation, video editing, 3D modeling, illustration, character design and more.

Now, Brian is engulfed in marketing as a full time Director of Graphic Design, broadening and focusing his skills on advertising and branding.

During his spare time, he enjoys reading graphic novels and illustrating comic book fan art. He is currently developing his own graphic novel.
